All Clients will be informed by email via the website with all the information regarding tanning for the show day. See Below:- Tanning Preparation information sheet Base Tan - Day before show (venue and times will be emailed to all clients) Top Coat - Morning of the show at the venue (All competitors will be given a timeslot for the top coat on show day, All competitors must ensure they arrive on time for top coats or additional charges may be incurred) All competitors will be added to a WhatsApp group so any questions or information can be given timely Please see our refund and cancellation policy on our website regarding tanning services Refunds will be processed less £35.00 charge up to 14 days prior to the show date Refunds will not be provided within 14 days of the show date
