At Napa Competition Tanning Services, we understand the critical role that a flawless tan plays in enhancing an athlete's overall presentation and confidence during competitions. Our friendly and professional team will guide athletes through the process, addressing any concerns and provide expert advice to help athletes prepare for their competition tan. Napa Competition Tanning Services use a standardised approach to our tanning process, we believe this gives athletes reassurance and confidence that they will receive the same high standards of service at every show. All athletes receive a confirmation email once fully booked online via our website, this email includes all skin preparation information and service information for show day. All athletes information is kept secure on our system under DATA PROTECTION/GDPR guidelines. We offer tanning both the night before and the day of the show and details are emailed to athletes 1 week before show day. On show day we provide athletes with any touch ups and top ups required as well as Glazing before stage. We also position a member of the team beside the stage to assist athletes between mandatory poses and individual routines. Napa Competition Tanning Services will be offering full tanning services at £80 and £60 for the half package. SERVICES OFFERED HALF PACKAGE • Top coat only (this will require athletes to have a solid base tan) • Unlimited touch ups • Glaze • Bikini Glue FULL PACKAGE • 2 coats of Tan (base Tan night Before) • Unlimited touch ups • Glaze • Bikini Glue Tanning services are offered the day before for base coats either at the venue or close by. On show day, tanning services are offered at the venue only and available until the show ends. Male & Female designated areas for Tanning Athletes are offered tanning times based on the running order with a clear time separation between male and female athletes. we do not tan males and females at the same time. Glazing services are offered to all athletes tanned by us, but we do offer assistance to all athletes if needed.
